This is the message that appears on the Wananavu Beach Resort website.
It is understood the resort on the Suncoast has been bought by Rup Investments Limited.
Rup Investments is understood to have made a substantive investment to buy the former five star property which they would redevelop from scratch.
It is also understood the former 35 bure property that overlooks the Bligh Waters which flow between Viti Levu and Vanua Levu will be demolished and a whole new hotel structure will be erected.

Some property from the resort has been sold and have been put up for sale at the Rups Big Bear Raiwaqa outlet warehouse.
The equipment can purchased on direct cash sales.
It ranges from all types of outdoor pool and beach equipment, toilet facilities, furniture, commercial kitchen sets, and more.
