Waidroka Bay Resort successfully hosted a cooking masterclass past weekend, where guests experienced traditional itaukei cuisine, Indo-Fijian cuisine, and fusion cuisine. General manager, Lorna Johnstone, said the two-day event inspired participants to be more creative.

“This was our first masterclass which participants found fun, insightful and great value for money, and indeed a success,” she said. The resort plans to host another masterclass in December. With Tourism Fiji’s initiative on the introduction of Love Our Locals specials, the resort received overwhelming feedback from guests.
